Last Friday the whole School did the Paihia School Triathlon. We walked to paihia beach and watched the year 7&8 girls then boys swim out to the marshal then across to the cone and they ran up the hill toward the road. When it was my turn (the year 6 girls) everybody dashed forward sprinting into the water out to the marshal and across to the cones and ran up the hill toward the road. As we crossed the road everybody started running toward school on the footpath. When we got to school we all put on our shoes and helmets and started off around the field twice and through the rugby poles and finished with reward of a muesli bar and applause from the juniors.
